I believe that successful real estate representation requires more than identifying the right property or attracting the right buyer. It requires sound judgment, careful strategy, strong negotiation, and an advocate who remains fully engaged from the first conversation through the closing table.

I am a sixth generation Southern Californian who was raised in Irvine. I know South Orange County not only as a real estate market, but as the community in which I grew up. My understanding of the area is grounded in lived experience and strengthened by nine years of professional work with buyers, sellers, investors, and residential development projects.

My previous experience in sales and customer service taught me how to anticipate needs, understand people quickly, communicate effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain a consistently high standard of service. Those abilities have become integral to the way I represent my real estate clients.

Currently, I am involved in residential development projects in Orange County. This experience has given me firsthand familiarity with the opportunities and challenges involved in evaluating property potential, navigating development decisions, managing unexpected complications, and balancing vision with financial and practical realities. It allows me to approach real estate from a broader perspective than that of a conventional purchase or sale.

As a skilled and persistent negotiator, I enjoy analyzing the details of a transaction, solving problems, and finding viable paths forward when obstacles arise. My focus is not simply on completing a deal, but on helping my clients make informed decisions and secure terms that support their interests and long-term goals.

I work alongside my wife, Jessamine, as part of Rise Realty. Together, we serve Orange County, Northern San Diego County, and the Temecula Valley. Our practice is grounded in direct communication, transparency, responsiveness, thoughtful preparation, and the belief that every client deserves both honest guidance and meaningful advocacy.

I believe real estate is personal. Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, I’ve always understood how deeply connected we are to the places we call home. Home is where families grow, memories are made, and often where some of life’s biggest financial decisions happen.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent 27 years as a clinical massage therapist and business owner in the health and wellness industry. That career taught me how to listen, build trust, communicate clearly, and take care of people; qualities I now bring to every real estate relationship.

I’m proud to have joined my husband’s established real estate team at Rise Realty. With nine years of experience, he specializes in buyers, investors, and residential development, while my focus is residential sellers and investors. We both love helping first time buyers turn an intimidating process into an exciting milestone.

Together, we bring strong negotiation skills, trusted relationships with lenders and industry professionals, and a commitment to transparency, communication, and exceptional responsiveness.
